The downward spiral of our 99%’s democracy did not begin with America’s 47th President (Donald Trump), a now open dictator that eliminates all levels of dissent. That downward spiral of our democracy began like any cancer, gradually over the last 48 years (1978 – 2026), and per both parties’ richest 1%’s trail of lies to the American people. Those lies began when Congress passed its unnecessary 1978 Civil Service Reform Act (CSRA), with its gross levels of missing and inaccurate information, when its prior 1883 Pendleton Civil Service Reform Act had already protected our 99%’s democracy for the first 189 years (1789 – 1978) of the government’s operation with a 1978/$772 billion debt total.
Those lies were exposed again during the 2024 election when both presidential candidates (Trump / Harris) lied to the American people when they promised a strong economy, That was after they and their 2 corrupt parties had already eliminated all levels of dissent and changed a 2.3 million civil servant executive branch from apolitical, technically qualified and limited numbers of contractors who were unbeholden to any president to politically loyal (often unqualified) and hordes of contractors who were beholden to all 7 prior Presidents (Reagan, George H.W. Bush, Clinton, George W. Bush, Obama, Trump, and Biden). That undemocratic travesty led to the gross waste of our tax dollars and a 2024/$35.5 trillion debt total. Both parties’ unconstitutional success story is recorded in a Nixon-era Malek Manual[/] that was the source document for creating Congress’ 1978 CSRA. Long story short, America’s 8th corrupt President (Donald Trump), a narcissist, pedophile, and convicted criminal is now doing openly what all 7 prior presidents had done secretly, eliminating all levels of dissent, making a mockery of the law, the Constitution, and lying to the American people!
The challenge today is to expose how both parties’ richest 1%’s politicians and their corporate cronies faked our 99%’s democracy for 48 years by gaining control over all levels of misinformation within both the government and the media. Understand how that 48-year breakdown of our democracy occurred, then the 99% can force the 119th Congress to pass a 3rd civil service reform that is more bottoms up and democratic to expose all levels of waste (corruption) on a real time basis, and not a $38+ trillion debt (corruption) problem after the fact. Below is a summary of those key facts:

(2) Congress’ 1978 CSRA increased the President’s levels of loyal political appointees from 1 level (1883 Pendleton Civil Service Reform Act) to 4 levels to easily allow all 8 (and future) presidents to eliminate all levels of dissent. (3) Those presidents then also easily covered up their lawless acts by abusing the government’s secrecy laws, like the Espionage Act, state secrets privilege, and confidential business information policies. Then, that broken and corrupt government created today’s politically inflicted problems by politicizing the:

- Media: In 1996, the richest 1% replaced America’s honest reporters like Walter Cronkite Edward R. Murro, and others with Ruppert Murdoch’s (Fox News), Ted Turner’s (CNN), and Roger Ailes’ (MSNBC) to divide the American people by blaming the other corrupt party for today’s $38+ trillion debt total that they both created.
- Then, the richest 1%’s Jeff Bezos and others gobbled other media sources to work with the richest 1%’s social media moguls (Mark Zuckerberg and Elon Musk) to jointly censor what the 99% do and do not see, still under that richest 1%’s pretense of our 99%’s democracy.
In other words, there is ample documentation for the 99% to force the 119th Congress to pass a 3rd civil service reform to impeach America’s 8th corrupt President (Donald Trump) and replace him with a Republican Congressperson who places the rule of law and the Constitution above party loyalty. The challenge today is to unite the American people with the truth regarding the need for that 3rd civil service reform to: (1) depoliticize all 3 no longer democratic branches of the government, and (2) replace its richest 1%’s Fox News, CNN, MSNBC, and other politically slanted medias who place profit above the truth with one source of accurate information to reunite a deeply divided government and citizenry.
